用途：

1）潮霉素B是氨基糖苷類抗生素，它可以通過抑制蛋白質(zhì)合成殺死細菌、真菌和高級真核細胞。 　　

2）潮霉素B通過干擾移位、促進80S核糖體的誤譯來抑制蛋白質(zhì)合成。

3）哺乳動物細胞選擇的有效濃度通常是50 μg/ml--1 mg/ml之間；對于植物細胞，其有效濃度是20–200 μg/ml；對于細菌，有效濃度是20–200μg/ml；對于真菌，有效濃度是200μg–1 mg/ml。

4）轉(zhuǎn)染中用的特定抗生素。
