用途：

1）潮霉素B是氨基糖苷類抗生素，它可以通過(guò)抑制蛋白質(zhì)合成殺死細(xì)菌、真菌和高級(jí)真核細(xì)胞。 　　

2）潮霉素B通過(guò)干擾移位、促進(jìn)80S核糖體的誤譯來(lái)抑制蛋白質(zhì)合成。

3）哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞選擇的有效濃度通常是50 μg/ml--1 mg/ml之間；對(duì)于植物細(xì)胞，其有效濃度是20–200 μg/ml；對(duì)于細(xì)菌，有效濃度是20–200μg/ml；對(duì)于真菌，有效濃度是200μg–1 mg/ml。
